Is training provided?
- Our products require very little training. Typically, most questions can be answered over the telephone or by email. If personal training is requested, we do not charge a fee and any customer or interested parties are always welcome to come to our facility and spend as much time as necessary with our technical staff to become comfortable with our system. If you’d like one of our technical support team members to come to your facility or work with you at an event, all we ask is that you cover travel, lodging, and meal expenses.

How long is your lead time?
- We generally ship from stock in one to two days upon receipt of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, check, and wire transfer. Our inventory is located in Peoria, Illinois, USA, and can reach any location within the contiguous US in 4 to 5 days maximum. We use UPS as a carrier but can use your preferred carrier if you provide account information.
